I want to do Windows Vista Mirgration to Windows 7.
Is it possible to migration Windows Vista to Windows 7 without deleting user profile, existing settings of windows vista.
Will it be possible after migration the should be joined to domain?
and i can deploy related applications on windows 7.

Is it possible, yes.
Is it possible with ConfigMgr, yes and no.
Yes, it is possible using the standard refresh methodology of ConfigMgr OSD which uses USMT to capture the user settings and restore them after the disk is wiped and Win 7 is installed.
No, it is not possible to directly, using an in-place upgrade, to upgrade from Vista to Win 7 using ConfigMgr -- or at least it's not supported to do so.
